By Education trade union leader: Gov’t hasn’t abandoned anything promised, no talk of strike
The Government has not abandoned anything already regulated and promised, and at the moment there is no talk of a strike, said Simion Hancescu, president of the Federation of Free Trade Unions in Education (FSLI), after talks with Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu, told Agerpres.
„Following the discussions, the idea emerged that absolutely nothing has been abandoned from what was regulated and promised. (…) We are waiting for official invitations from the Ministry of Labour in order to solve the problems related to the pay scale. We have also drawn the Prime Minister’s attention to the fact that we have a problem in the system.
